Cooling tower part and coil replacements in skyscrapers present significant challenges, from high costs and complex logistics to strict safety requirements. EVAPCO’s Mr. GoodTower team recently delivered a cutting-edge solution for replacing a stainless-steel coil at a skyscraper in Shanghai. Individual circuits were fabricated offsite, individually tested, and shipped as one long circuit with no butt-welding seams. On-site, the circuits were seamlessly assembled and headered to the system, ensuring minimal downtime and cost-effective installation. The end result was a complete coil
