Four aging Non-Evapco cooling towers at a major Thai food processing plant were underperforming, with falling efficiency and rising energy use threatening production stability and cost management. 

The Mr. GoodTower service team collaborated closely with local Representative, deeply understand the customer's requirements. Through on-site inspections and measurements, we have successfully delivered a targeted, high-efficiency renovation plan that enabled rapid renovation!

The local representative worked closely with engineers from Evapco Asia-Pacific's Mr. GoodTower Service Center to conduct an in-depth on-site diagnosis and implement targeted renovations:

• Replacement with high-efficiency heat exchange fill
• Substitution of clogged nozzles
• Installation of corrosion-resistant, splash-proof inlet louvers
• Replacement with High-efficiency drift eliminators

All modifications were perfectly adapted to the original unit structure, achieving seamless integration.

After the renovation, the factory is back to stable operation. The units have seen improved performance and longer service life, delivering ongoing energy-saving benefits to the client for years to come.
