EVAPCO Phase IV New Factory Officially Begins Operations, Opening a New Chapter of Development

On August 31, EVAPCO’s Phase IV new factory officially went into operation. This marks another significant milestone in EVAPCO’s development journey, signifying that we have stepped up to a new level in capacity expansion, spatial optimization, and operational support.
The new factory features a substantial increase in floor space compared to the previous facility, with a more scientific overall layout and further optimized production processes. With improved spatial conditions, our production capacity has seen tangible growth, enabling us to allocate manufacturing resources more flexibly and laying a solid foundation for undertaking larger-scale and higher-frequency orders. This upgrade is not merely an expansion of physical space, but also a systematic enhancement of our overall manufacturing capabilities and supply chain responsiveness.
The smooth commissioning of the new factory would not have been possible without the outstanding execution and strong sense of responsibility demonstrated by our operations team. During project implementation, the preparation timeline was extremely tight, with various engineering milestones closely interlinked, leaving very limited room for commissioning, inspection, and trial runs. Faced with these challenges, the operations team – led by Joe Zhou and Alain Liu, together with other staff members – rose to the occasion.
From equipment installation to safety inspections, from process streamlining to personnel training, every step was meticulously planned and efficiently coordinated. The team worked collaboratively and completed all preparatory tasks with high quality within the scheduled timeframe, ensuring the new factory went into operation as planned.
