Evap~treat™ Tablets
Evap~treat™ tablets are loaded into your Evapco Factory Mounted Feeder (FMF) using Evapco’s exclusive 1Kilogram ‘bag in bag’ cartridges. As cooling water passes thru the FMF the Evap~treat tablets slowly release their treatment at a controlled rate:
- Water permeates the polymer coating
- That water activates the solid chemistry
- The solid chemistry becomes a slurry
- Osmotic pressure forms and tablets swell
- Chemistry is forced out as treated water
When the system pump cycles off, osmotic equilibrium holds chemistry until flow is resumed, resulting consistent treatment over-treatment.
